This one is ongoing but it's also sweet and comedic. Right now they're in the middle of a misunderstanding but it won't be long until they get together so it's fine! Same tone, (usually) lighthearted, has a bit of drama because of friend/relative, smutty, wholesome couple (when they're finally dating ofc), cute art:

Can someone recommend me a manga like "Sign/ Sign Language"? Something with interesting characters and a great dynamic between them, and kinda comedy but with a plot somewhat. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ It would be great if someone actually found something like that
