I think it is mixed on purpose haha. I think Koogi made the last chapter slightly vague so that you can have your own interpretation of whether Sangwoo loved Bum. Some choose to believe that Sangwoo did love Bum because he kept crying out his name before he died, but others believed that he didn't because the author clarified that Sangwoo was heterosexual and only kept Yoonbum by his side because Yoonbum was interesting and reminded Sangwoo of his mum.
This might sound dumb but I can’t tell if he did love bum? I know it was weird because of his mom but I wanna say yes. it was mixed vibes from the last chapter for me
