
assuming you mean chemotherapy, it depends on each person. Assuming that he's in the last stages, tbh there's not much point. Speaking from experience (not of myself, but of a loved one) in the late stages, chemotherapy isn't really worth it bc it just brings you a lot of pain and suffering with no reward. You just suffer even worse than you would have before until your death. I think they even acknowledged in this story that it will most likely do nothing for him & that it just gives him pain, but the doctor is desperate bc he loves him.

not sure on that one, maybe bc the list is very long and he feels as though it'll be better put to use with someone else ? And it's probably exhausting mentally, like when he did have a match but it was given to someone of "more importance" -- not 100% sure though, don't know if the bone marrow would have made a difference in his late stages or not.
Ok so about chemographie, is it really not worth a try? How long is it going to give him? The MC even gave up for bone marrow? Wasn’t that a good solution at first? (I understand if it’s only one or 2 more years, but if it can give him 10 or 20 more years than maybe worth a shot)
