Just because it’s fictional does not mean it’s ok, man. This kind of media normalizes rape and sexual assault, and calling out the majority of yaoi on its BS is not a bad thing. Promoting proper consent rules even outside of the real world is important, so excusing these kinds of stories as “just stories” or “just for fun” is harmful in the long run.
Nobody thinks rape is okay tho, someone reading this is most likely old enough to understand that. Let everyone else enjoy the stories, if you don't like it, or if it makes you sick, don't read it.

PSA we know it's rape, we are well aware of the non-consensual sex that was just had. But since it is a FICTIONAL story, we aren't going to complain. Most BL and yaoi contain rape n other immoral and icky things, that's part of the reason people like it, that doesn't mean we think rape is good. So please, save your complaining for the real world kinda stuff.
