I think frog prince stands for what women have to bear to have a husband. I mean no one's perfect of course but women had to accept all of their bad sides to seem happy in those days. Just like kissing an ugly frog to turn it into a prince. I mean women are the ones who turns men look like a prince (from the outside)
This was really good! But there were some moments i just didn't understand, references to poetry and stories that didn't make sense in context. Like the frog prince story had literally nothing to do with what was happening in the story at the time. Even that last chapter was confusing.....like what the hell was that last line supposed to mean??? Anyhow. It was really good, just fairly annoying to understand. Or maybe I'm just an idiot?
