This is 3 year later meaning they are going to go to highschool. They were all going to the same highschool however the blue haired guy found out that she applied to a diffrent one to separate her self from them. stuff happens they make up and the story will continue for another 100 chapters XD

I don't know but the chapters are relatively short and since the story has a lot of plot to develop according to the spoilers I read it means there will be a looot of chapters
