If you haven't read them, I recommend Raeliania and Miss Not-So-Sidekick. One isn't very special and her denseness to the male's feelings is 100% valid, the other tried to hide her abilities for like, five seconds, then gave up and is now like, "Fuck it." The only "cliche" is them saying they're not the lead. Because face it: they're not. This especially applies to Miss Not-So-Sidekick, in which the actual lead's role doesn't change much.
Actually I have read those :) I read Miss Not-So-Sidekick for the comedy but also for the main guy Arwin~. Raeliania is okay with the cliches since....

Raeliana straight up tells Noah "Do you like me?" lol so she knows his feelings but doesn't let him confess. Plus I also love Noah :) he loves to tease her and is kinda straight foward.
There's also Light and Shadow it's not isekai but the FL has good development plus she can fight^^.
I loved that about Raeliana. Granted, after what he did it was kind of obvious, but with someone like Canaria she'd be like, "I wonder why he did that?" Whereas Raeliana was just like, "Well, shit."
