Yhhh exactlyyy...and also whilst on the roof at the debutant ball his hair was shining in a gold colour as he says he needs more magic. So i guess he transform himself as a disguise ??? Since he has less magic his old form gave us some hints

He must be Claude's bro, the ex-crown prince who snatched his fiancee, then created Jenette.. The one who cast the magic on the hairpin that let Athy & Claude into this calamity.
