Yes, Heavens Official Blessing has that kind of art you want to screenshot. I have a few wallpapers of that myself. Absolutely gorgeous. This here has different quality, similar to that you get when screenshotting anime scenes.

Every time there is an update I can't help but think that the art style is taken from an anime, like scenes cut from an actual episode. The level of details, shadows and everything else. I would gladly watch it if it was true, seriously. I like it!!!
