It depends. Formerly, it was like that, omegas didn't get heats anymore. Then, it was like they got into heat but only their pairs sensed it or it was really faint to others... after that we've got the case where they get into heat but if they have a mate their bodies react like if they were sick and refusing any other than their pair. So it depends on the author,that's why, generally it is said on the firsts chapters how it's going to be taken
wait, i thought in omegaverse, when an omega is already paired, other alphas won't be able to sense/smell when the omega is in heat, only the alpha the omega is paired with...?
