Well, in the following volumes Yakumo-kun will face a life&death situation (he was bitten by a snake) while he is under the suspicion of having murdered someone and is cased by the police. Than, we will get probably the most romantic moment so far, when he wants to see Haruka-chan for one last time before he dies (he doesn't die, instead Detective-san salves the day! And run with Y-kun, which kinda ruins his job hence both of them setting off on the road of becoming detective ghost busters) We'll get his little sister/cousin backstory and bits of Y-kun childhood trauma. Also some of Evil daddy backstory.....More ghosts, drama and death and a little bit of yuri.

Well, Haruka realizes that she is in love with Y-kun, and there is an episode where Y-kun visits Haruka-chan hometown and sleeps at her house, even gets dissed by her father. Detective G sidekick even give up on Haruka-chan because of Yakumo. And they even go on a date??? So they are in love, kind, it's pretty vague really because everybody already
treats her like his wife and they do everything a couple do, except kissing and holding hand, so they aren't a couple (as far as I read) , but they do act like one???
Haruka still hasn't confessed. (I believe she would be the one who will do it if it's come to it. But, that's my personal opinion.)

And here I was giving up hope of even knowing what was happening next (mangawise. I already read the novel, but the art is so damn good. They should get married already. I will trow the rice. Their relationship is ....just so frustrating-for me. Seriously .Haruka-chan is so pitiful.)
