The sisters are just joking its actually really cute. Later he finds them and gives them a present asking to be friends. They dont really tell u whats up with the brother. I guess they dont really talk after a fight about sempai quiting the soccor club but he and koshino kind of come to an understanding that for now and maybe forever they wont be friends after she tries to win him over but it like a nice understanding.
