I’m not so sure about the healthiness of this couple, but I liked the doctor (dog & snake(I think)) and the nurse guy (mongoose) when someone said that there were traces of two of those things that make you pregnant, it was both twisted but romantic.

Uhh that one where there was a guy who was a strong seed then two brothers that both liked him (one less obviously than the other). Then when they were young they moved away from each other, but the two of them met again in a hospital (to work) and became sex friends
It’s not exactly the same, but what you are saying makes me thinks lf the bear couples. The MC(uke)’s friend is a middle tier bear and had to bear the child of a high tier bear. Some guy of a known family was supposed to come but instead his little bro came(in secret). The MC’s friend and the little bro had met when they were children and little bro in love with the MC’s friend.
It's mongoose and snake and yeah, their story is twisted but on both sides but at least they're healthy , and the parents of Kunimi(?) (Maximilian is the mother) is good too
As much as i love this story, i have got to say it’s quite bad. Too much side couples, love is pretty much a joke (the bat dude is the second wife, Shinobu just gives his virginity to gain knowledge???), the MC is pretty much the definition if stereotype. Oh it’s taking forever for the story to advance. The best couplenwas the brother x white wolf, then the main couple but that one isnt getting anywhere.
I like the manga because im already invested in the story, but if you arent into it, just skip.
