I think in the U.S they can do that.
There is this very awful case of a little girl that was adopted and then the mom came and asked for her to be back with her. Poor girl was abused very bad for about 5 years i think.
yeah the U.S has awful child protective services and awful systems centred around that area
I heard of a case where a little girl (don't remember her age, 8 I think) was put on the sex offenders list
That's awful ( TwT)
no matter how you look at this, this is illegal
even if your his biological father, yiyi is his legal guardian and has rights over him
imagine if you were adopted or something and your bio parents waltzed into your life and demanded they get you back and have their rights as parents etc etc
