Help finding manga

I read this shounen ai (?)manga years ago and I want to read it again but I don’t remember much about it besides the fact that the two boys were childhood friends and they were both on a team... the sport where u have to jump the fence thingy (sorry not sure what it’s called) until one injured his legs and they became separated until years later they met in college? Or high school? And the boy who injured his leg became his manager kinda. They have this friendship bracelet thing cuz they both made a promise. Please help!!!
