Not a chance, no one grows that much at his age. Also they've only been in there for a few months top.
Am I the only one who thinks Hayan is Hayeon? Like, their names are too similar and even their hair colour. And why would his name tag be there? Also, the fact that MC doesn't remember being in those photos from the beginning might be because his memories were somehow altered, and maybe Hayeon didn't actually die (but became Hayan), but MC doesn't remember that either?
