With this type of manga it usually doesn't go that way. At some poin the seme usually get jealous and mistreats the uke but the uke forgives him and blahblah
The mangas in which the uke leaves and the seme has to beg are usually the ones where the uke was played by the seme who pretends to love him and not hen the uke is fully aware from the beginning...
I would love to be proven wrong though
