So seme and uke had a past life where they are master and servant. Seme was madly in love with uke and they had a relationship but seme had to marry a girl. He didnt want to but uke urged him. And they got married (i dun rmb if they still continued their relationship or not) but seme had to leave for some duty i think, and uke sent him off with a smile but uke was alrdy sick (same sickness of her mother who died) and when seme returned, uke was alrdy in death bed and thats they only time he was able to admit he loves seme then he died at seme's arms. Ofc seme was miserable after.. then i think it switched to present life.... which they are now living a happy life with 2 kids

Yea i think their past is so sad but the good thing is they are happy now ಥ⌣ಥ idk i feel kinda sad because the past of their story and happy because they are now can be happy together with their kids and can lovey dovey everyday
