I mean...if you say so? I don't think her blush was from "love" at first, it was mostly from embarrassment or anger. only after she got to know him better and they talk more about what they should do, then I think she blushes from liking him more until it turns into love.
I don't know, I can be wrong but that how I see it. since she did make out with her guard at first and blush with him much more at first then the ML.
has for selling herself to save her country, we can say what we want about this but it was pretty common thing in the past. so I don't see it has strange or typical, it the opposite to Juliet and Romeo cause they actually love each other without getting to know what family they come from without care for politics or their families. they fall in love first then fount out about their families and decided to run away together. here though is the opposite, they get married not from love at all, but for politics and unite their kingdoms to be stronger.
I know she would love him someday, but she really didn't at first.
