Chapter 9 Question

So I dunno if anyone has asked this... but in chapter 9, Doyoon bumps into someone. At first, I thought it was the guy that takes care of Nux after the first time we saw him in bed after Jooyoung is leaving in Chapter 18. But the faces don’t really match up?

The eyes, facial shape and the way the hair is split is all different. Granted, I think the eye color was changed in season two the differentiate the characters later, but they really don’t seem like the same guy.

My question? Is the guy in chapter 9 Nux not in disguise???
