It's definitely not the same one! The art is different! The characters are different! The plot is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!!

    Does anyone know where to find the manwha with the heart transplant? That's what I wanted to read...

    I've only found the other one with the rapist on mangatoon, it's got like 48 chapters right now.
    (And I mean, I love that the rape is actually shown to be awful and traumatic and RAPE, but uh... That's not what I signed up for when I clicked this.)
