The vampire changes his appearance to LOOK like Gabriel's first love. It's not then really having sex, just asshole vampire being manipulated....
I am rooting for Sol to save Gabe from the evil vampire so they can be together.....I dont think Gabe is a normal human...his strength even as a child wasnt really normal and he was from the same place as Sol....it'd be neat if he wasnt exactly human.
