They're just kiss. I'm sure you have watch tv show where they show us the kiss scene between the two kids in elementary school. It's not that big of a deal. They're kids, as long as the author doesn't portray anything sexually. Just think of it's cute. Like awww, they kissed, that's adorable.
Well it's necessary from the story's point of view. So just think about it that way.
Some people just start earlier than others, I was quite young too when I started so I don't find it weird.

People take any criticism of a manga here (unless it's bashing 'slutty' bottoms) as a personal attack, no matter how tame. I don't get too worried about the downvotes. But I am glad I'm not the only one who found it disturbing.
