The publisher allowed the author to create a second volume due to the fan writing in to requesting for a second volume. Original the publisher only gave the author limited chapters for volume one. To get volume three the fan will need to send in many requests again.

Reading all these comments about how vol 2 is epicly sad... does anyone know if there's gonna be a vol 3 continuation? Hopefully in vol 3 they end up happy
