Nope.. I forgot to say that it's not a yaoi... But that story is really similar to this... Like he's a guy whose granting wish/want from other people but ofcourse there's a consequences... And the police know that his the one behind the "consequences" yet they can't arrest him 'cause they dont have evidence/s....
From what i remember from this manga. One of the chapter is about a man who was in debt... And because his in debt and don't want his family to suffer he went to this "guy" and told him that he need to kill him but before that he wish to leave in luxury... After days.... There debt suddenly gone but its to late because the "guy" already killed him..
