Why do I feel Roku-san is also a Filipino? That "Marupok" comment kills me though,hahaha

Roku-san is the scanlator right? I actually thinks he/she is a filipino bc the "marupok" term is not used as its original meaning.. It's used as a slang word for its meaning here
