She had triplets obviously. There were just as many reasons to like the female lead at least as there are in most of these kinds of stories. There wasn't supposed to be any signs of them falling in love in the first few ch@pters. Finally it showed a successful pregnancy test so what else did you need? Ktbn.
EVERYTHING IS RUSHED! I mean they basically just skipped the beginning and explained it like it was just a prologue or chapter 0 (basically not important) then they just showed why the main leads should've fallen in love without even giving is a reason to really like them... then they slipped the freaking pregnancy and just say "oh yeah that happend" i mean there are countless stories just like this one and yeah I love unnecessary drama as much as the next person, but when they don't even give us a reason to like the characters is when I start hating it all...
Also twins? Really?
