I just don't think the boss should have been the one to initiate. If the person who is distressed wants to be comforted sexually that's fine but THEY should be the one to start it NOT the comforter.

Ugh! Seems like the author doesnt know how a person should be comforted. How would a person feel comforted when fucked raw while already in a distressed state?
