If you're talking about the elders that are sitting with the Uke's older brother, I think they are the directors(?) of the Kuga company who are probably siding with the Older brother for whatever reason to put an end to the old CEO and make the older brother the new CEO of the comapny
I am little confused by all the elders in the manga, but I'll keep reading see what happens, maybe it will become clear later.
