Why is everybody labeling Tooru-san the bad guy? He was living his life as he is used to, being a sadistic top. Out of the blue, he meets a guy from his past, that probably reminds him of bad memories about his upbringing as a child. On top of that Daichi has his own misconceptions about Tooru-san, which he takes as the truth and acts upon them. Tooru probably wasn't looking for a loving relationship. That is why, if Daichi wants Tooru, he'll have to first get rid of his misconceptions(which Tooru has taken care of), and then make him fall in love(which Tooru states at the end). PS: I don' t support nonconsensual seks, but I do understend Tooru's reasening.
