Well he could and that might be how the author would intend for him to find out. However, I don't think the servant is going to do that. I imagine servants in Yoon's house have learned to not spread the wrong kind of rumors. After all, he was the sole witness. If it gets out, Yoon will know that servant did it.
If there were more witnesses he might be okay to gossip, but not when he's the only one who saw. Too risky. I'm sure later in the plot he'll spill the beans. Just not right away.
I'm only sure of one thing. That's Jihwa will find out about this very quickly and won't be happy.

What about Jihwa ? I'm not sure he will find out that master Yoon had sex with the painter, cause he already knows that master Yoon lusts for the painter, and had already gone mad. Jihwa is highly erratic and emotional. He is guaranteed to do something rash and stupid. He is also possessive and jealous. Hell hath no fury like a Jihwa spurned.
Unfortunately, Jihwa is not clever or cunning. I mean his big plan to take down the painter before was "pour water on the painting". The only reason it almost worked was because of what the Painter said at that moment. Otherwise, it would have failed. Jihwa got lucky.
He had a spy on Yoon's estate which is a huge insult. While it's probably common, if you get caught the lord gonna be pissed.
Yoon didn't seem to concerned if word got out he was sleeping with a commoner. Probably because even the nobles who are straight sleep with consorts and women of the night. It might cause a stir among the nobles who sleep with Yoon because they don't want to share him with a lowborn, but it'll hardly be a bigger scandal than his love of sodomy and orgies.
Now if Yoon ever tried to marry a lowborn, that would be a real scandal. But it was common for men in the nobility (in any society) to have mistresses or consorts that were from the lower class. As long as it was just sex, everyone looked the other way.

I seriously hope he'll get some charaster développement, because till then he was always crying. It can get ennoying sometimes... We get he's young, naive and low-born, but he's also a man. I don't know for other but I'll get bord if all he can do is to trust blindly in that hypocrite teacher and crying face to all that dangers. I'd like to see him becoming stronger, even though the charm of this Yaoi lies also in thé fact he's so vulnerable...

I do hope in the end that Yoon might actually support the Painter getting real training in his art. Of course, that would be in the case that Yoon catches the feels and sees the Painter as more than just his property.
The Painter is an incredibly gifted artist. He could be so much more than a crying uke. It would be amazing if the Painter achieved what the Learned Sir could not and actually became successful as an artist recognized for his talents.
I didn't went that far in my theories about that yaoi, but yeah, that will be great! Nice points. Our painter deserves to become an individual dign of that name, recognized for his own capacities and lives with dignity.

You forget one day the painter will runaway from yoon and yoon probably gonna get down with some crime charges.

I think the Painter will wake up the next morning alone. He'll believe it was the teacher and go to confirm only to be ruthlessly shot down by the teacher. This will make him feel like crap.
Then he'll encounter Yoon who will ask how he's doing and then whisper in his ear something like, "You were so wild last night."
Painter will pale and realize that it was Yoon he slept with, not the teacher. When he tries to accuse Yoon of taking advantage, Yoon will act like he had no idea the kid mistook him for someone else.
"You came onto me, remember? I thought you wanted it. You kissed me and begged for it."
Since the Painter was drunk he'll not remember clearly if he did make it clear it was the Learned Sir or not. He'll believe that maybe Yoon thought it was him the Painter wanted. The Painter will wonder, "Did I call out to the Learned Sir or not? Maybe Yoon thought it was him I wanted. Oh no! What do I do?"
Yoon can play dumb.
The Painter can't admit that he thought Yoon was the teacher so he may go along with the lie because he doesn't want to tell Yoon, "I thought you were my teacher."
Yoon of course knows this, but can easily act like he didn't. This can also make him pressure the kid for more sex by saying, "I had no idea you liked me so much. We must do it again. Who am I to deny your lust?"
Of course, the Painter will be mortified by this suggestion and try to get out of it. He'll also remember how he felt and that deep down he enjoyed it which will horrify him even more. He wanted the teacher, not Yoon.
Yoon will increasingly hate that the Painter wants the teacher. Yoon has everything the teacher wants and the teacher has the heart of the one person Yoon will increasingly want.
