We don’t know yet, but it is being insinuated by the cliffhanger ending that he did. I, and I’m sure everyone else too, has their fingers crossed that he didn’t. But he described his relationship with the guy from his past as one way and Onoe was clearly told something else by this “mystery man” that has him doubting.
Especially with their love relationship being built on the idea that they are truthful to one another (with him telling Onoe before that he was the only person he has never lied to), if he really did lie that would put things into absolute chaos.
