It's much more easier to upload them since they're getting released physically while manga usually gets printed first, translated afterwards

webtoon are updated every week. Manga are updated every 2 months (cause their publish in magazine), unless it's an already completed mangas and the scanlation team choose the time they release it.
Is it only me that noticed that most manga for updates are webtoons..uuummm (〜￣△￣)〜
