I don't remember the seme killing a child but I know he accidentally killed the uke because he thought he was an enemy-- or at least, it looked like that in the raws. The uke was wearing ninja gear, infiltrating the place at night with other people. We only learned about this wayyyy later when the reincarnated seme was in the coma in 'present time'. When he woke up after finally regaining his memories, the reincarnated uke gave birth to two kids. (Since this is an omegaverse).

He didn't kill a child per say because the Omega was pregnant. In the English chapter here they mention how the dragon distroyed his jewel with a dragon in it which I thought symbolizes the baby. And spoilers,....
In the raws at some points the Omega started to touch his stomach and their were close ups on his stomach growing here an there to. The pregnancy hints were small but it shows that the Omega was pregnant and that the seme killed his unborn baby too.
I'm not gonna go into an argument about fetus since there's plenty of that in abortion debates but I get what you mean.
