The person that you see in this chapter as yellow dragon is yooshin he was one of the princes of yooguk but in order to make the yellow dragon he became the sacrifice in place of his twin brother and was sacrificed in an urn to the yellow serpent. The two of them combined to form the yellow dragon. No the godly form is a combined form of yooshin and the yellow serpent. Think of the godly form of the yellow dragon as a vessel with two minds. It isn’t exactly a single person but two different beings living under one single body(the god form). You’re right about the consciousness part. By the way the other twin became the emperor of yooguk so he’s got no part to play in the creation of the yellow dragon.
