It looks like she went from thigh length to waist length, which is about 2 hand spans. Of course on any shorter length, this would be more dramatic, waist ->shoulder, shoulder -> pixie. It's just math percentages playing with people's heads. Its like how 10-1 doesn't seem dramatic but 2-1 does. Still, visually doesn't change any thing but may make it easier too draw?
