Rape is the forcing/coercion of another party into sexual acts hard stop fam. It has very little to do with "capability" in fighting back it is just as much a psychological attack as a physical one and if you think that kind of behavior is okay, that it's alright to coerce someone into something you should probably talk to someone dude.
