They are probably rating it lowly since it's such an old couple but like-- even old people need love and sex so fuck'em.
Honestly I think it's because of all the talk about the work culture of Koh-Boku. I'm sure they think of it like "old people stuff I don't care about."
That too tho it clearly states slice of life so like?????????????
Maybe because of the art and the slow-pace plot. It was hard at first, but I managed to read it 'till the end and gave it 4 stars (=・ω・=)
