Do you think it's the end of the manga ? I'm pretty sure that is the end of their first national tournament, maybe their first year but certainly not the end of the manga. Hinata and kageyama are not at their best here. It's more natural and logic to see them lost here. New challenges and developpements are coming.
I don't know what Furudate is planning. Hopefully the series will continue and eventually end on a happy note. And hopefully the school will finally pony-up* and pay Keishin Ukai for all of the hard work he's done and will be doing for the team.

On the positive side Karusano accomplished all of their main goals: 1) they beat all of the teams at finals and went to nationals, 2) they did the big dumpster battle with Nekoma and won.
After being with the team through this incredible journey (as a reader) I only wish Haikyuu could have ended on an upbeat note (like Kuroko no Basuke) rather than this bittersweet thing.
I also wish Furudate would have left Hinata on the court (or at least the sideline) until the end. The team started the year together, trained together, and battled other teams together. So I feel they should have ended their run together. [And Yachi should have been their too].
