I think it seems fast, but in reality it was more or less timeskipped.
I'm sure the author didn't want to spend their time describing every single detail of every single day
Of course the author wont be able to describe every single day but theres ways to make it seem like time is passing without it feeling rushed, e.g. more events, flashbacks, more depth. This just seems too fast, even if 2 years passed, the way its shown makes it seem rushed.. I wish there had been more chapters before he even started properly looking at her. But hes been "surprised" by her in every single meeting shown here, and has fallen in love rather quickly.. This hasnt given me any time to warm up to him.
They say the way he likes her is different but to me he just looks like he falls for anyone who doesnt care about his status really easily... and could fall for a random girl any time, he seems super fickle
I mean they skipped parts in the novel or did I accidentally skipped the part were his subordinates came to the house to meet our girl?
I guess we are starting to see him redeem himself. That was fast. It wasn’t this fast in the novel, was it?
