When I was sick during my physics I couldn't focus on anything except going home
Our teachers especially told us: "If you're really not feeling well, go to the doctor, get a sick-leave and then go home."
Well, in germany there is a second chance for taking the exams a week or so after the 'official' one, so the danger of having to repeat the last year isn't really high.

Our schoolsystem and society is not as fixated on perfection as those in many Asian countries. It worked well for me but I have also met people who wished for more discipline and order. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I mean if im that sick during exam, i cant even think at all and not to mention writing the answer properly
