Just a huge misunderstanding i think but you know what i'm not sure either.I really don't remember Kagami pushing the American dude when he came onto him like when he was super close (maybe he did offscreen i dunno).But in this manga's case it's gonna be misunderstanding for sure.
Oh, that part, I don;t think they did it because Kagami cold face is to show the American guy that he have absolutely no interest in him. If he did cheated, I think there will be a lot more frustration in the comment section lol and the author can't keep publish the next 3 volumes if the readers saw it as a betrayal scene lol
