Well if you get technical weed really isn't a drug.... it's considered one cause it puts you in a uphoric (I know I wrote this wrong ) state... but it's also use to treat cancer patients and those with aids and H.I.V and those who are really sick and can't really eat.....it is now that it's considered a drug but in the old days it was medicinal....

Drugs of any type are strictly illegal in S Korea its hard to come even the slightest pain relievers for something like a simple wisdom tooth extraction. Yes I have ... my friends are not Americans so I saw a hook for the first time because of them and a bong as well the hook a had 4 pipes to smoke from and they were smoking fruits it smell really good...
