I know this isn't going to be popular, but the money was never his. Don't get me wrong, the aunt is a total bitch and should have used the money to care for her nephews, BUT the money was given to the guardian with no restrictions. So Legally, she can do what she wants. Even if she used the money to care for them until they were grown, the leftovers would be hers to keep.
My will specifically gives money to the guardians of my child and holds a portion back for when they turn 21, no one can touch that amount. I love my family, but money (especially large sums) does weird things to people.
I still hate the aunt and they need to get away from her as fast as possible.
FYI: in the USA to have a legal Will, all you need is a pen and paper.
Title it Will, write down how you would like your possessions, money, children, & pets handled if you die, Sign & Date. Done
Put it some place safe. Let someone know where to find it. It isn't hard and everyone should do it. Just in case.
I get what you are saying. And here in Chile it's the same thing (not the will, the money to the guardian). But, what we read in the past episodes let me to believe that maybe it's different in Korea. That's why I say what I say c: (Sorry about my english)
