yup... I just read the first 4 chapters of the 2nd volume and chapter 4 ends with the black haired friend confessing to Megumi and pushing him down on the sofa while Tsugumi is on his way to Megumi´s house...
(the black haired friend also tried to end Megumi and Tsugumis relationship)
I think the (black hair) friend fell for Megumi... O_o
