So the art style is similar to Ogawa Chise's style, but i am pretty sure she's not the author. The story is super cute I remember one character's name it is Sanada. Its about this guy who was in love with his friend in high school, but his friend turned against him and started bullying him. They meet in college and the bully is trying to reconcile the relationship because he found out he bullied him because he couldn't come to terms with the fact that he was gay and he fancied his friend.
