Help me find this yaoi manga pretty please!!

So, I read this yaoi manga weeks ago and I totally forgot the name of it. I don't remember all of it but here are some parts I do remember.

The beginning starts with the uke confessing his love for seme and saying it's fate or whatnot and the seme rejected him but he does not give up so everyday the uke visits him during lunch but the seme never respond to whatever he says. The seme's friend (who is gay and have a boyfriend) gives him advice to make a move on the uke (force sex) and thought that it should make uke hate him or at least avoid him and the next day (or later that day idk), the seme's friend's boyfriend teamed up with uke and make him put on "fake breasts" water balloons which the seme later on popped it he ended up feeling uke up his chest. I think the uke felt happy actually but embarrassed and I think the seme said it's not like girls who have big breasts. At last though, the seme found himself attracted to uke and accepted his confession?
