Or “in your past like you massacred my family.” Yeah. Ok. Idk what your talking about but that wasn’t me. No offense but I dislike half of the people (commenters) who can’t divide the two.
It’s like judging you on another universe, cause technically, after she reincarnated she caused a split in everything. They’re in a different path COMPLETELY to what they are on now. Yeah sure without her “awakening” and having those “memories” they would still turn out the same (I guess), but she is the biggest variable of all! One person can do a LOT
Such as change people and save people... her newfound confidence, not only in herself but also in her family, is completely different to who she was before. She was a stoic, serious, depressing girl with no real substantial platonic love between the prince and her. Now it’s changing because she has changed.
If you respect yourself and are brimming with confidence, not only is attractive and charming, but others will also respect you too. Without a doubt! Thus not only changes how others see you but of course how they interact with you. SHES A DIFFERENT PERSON, so why can’t the prince be?
I find that bias and actually very offensive...

And yet it doesn't change what happened to HER. If someone slaughters my family--then after a while they change and I change--I'm supposed to just forget they slaughtered my family and wanted me dead? I may figure, "Hey, dude, wish you well in your new life, buh-bye." It's hard to look at the face of your father's murderer and your murderer and say, "Forget the past." Some can do it. I suspect most would feel trauma.

Of course not, she’s totally entitled to have trauma, and she does. The manhwa is realistic about it too. However, I could understand THE READERS (strong negativity) towards the prince IF she’d been reincarnated as a DIFFERENT person in the SAME timeline... but she wasn’t. She was BROUGHT back into time BEFORE anything happened, or probably WHEN everything happened, and has that chance to change the future (which she is).
Cause now she’s a young child, fathers still alive, she has that opportunity to reconnect with her father (whom she had previously wondered if he even had any affection for her), and now is making friends (when before she had none). Has the opportunity to KNOW the prince from infancy and to understand him.
I’m just not so fond of the majority of the readers, my personal opinion.

No one is denying her right to PTSD, just as no one is getting angry at her for trying to change her future and wanting to nullify the engagement.
What we're saying is that it's not right for us as readers to hate the Prince just because of what an alternate version did to Tia and her family.
We're just asking for everyone to keep an open mind and follow how the author will take Tia on a journey of getting stronger and finding forgiveness.
Also, I don't know about anyone else but I'm looking forward to seeing how the author is going to make the Prince grovel and earn Tia's trust and forgiveness. Because like I said in the beginning, Tia does have PTSD and it takes A LOT to get over it.
If the author does a poor job of it, then you're absolutely allowed to rant and not like it, but for now give the author a chance to tell the story.

Why not? Why is it not right for people to hate him for what he did under other circumstances. THat was him. That was what he would do under those conditions. What his character does given specific stimuli. It's not very laudable, at least what we saw. It is riddled with prejudice without fact-finding and various counsel (which a king should do). It was using one person and torturing another for self-benefit. So, that was WHO he was to her. And if a reader wants to hate him (to this point), why not? I imagine the author has sympathetic stuff up the wahoo for us, and that will change opinions. But when what he DID DO is so fresh, let them hate him.

Bruh hop off the princes dick for two seconds, im not saying he isnt a new man who shouldnt be hated. Im saying if i had to look into the eyes of the nigga who killed my baby and my father. I could NEVER forgive him. And i know if any of you were in this situation, you wouldnt have the will power to not hate him either. Just reread begining, ik its not the new him and its the old him. But damn that shit is brutal.
Everytime i start to find the prince favorable i reread the first chapters and I realize what a horrible man he is. Team carson for daya
