I prefer if the ML can stick only with the one that he love. If he love his lover kocis, just stick with him. Don't go intimate with the MC and he even forced her to sleep with him (Rape). If he choose MC , don't cheat on your wife and don't go intimate with your lover around anymore. I really against cheating even in BL or Shoujo manga （￣へ￣）
