It's like an omegaverse. He is male but his secondary gender is a "female" aka omega essentially.

yeah, just what @junnie said. his secondary gender (aka: lycan species) is female, but his primary gender (aka: human) is male. it's basically the author's spin on omegaverse.

Is Gok a female or a frickin male!? All this "Female Lycan" stuff is confusing meeeee!! And then they talk about female lycans getting pregnant and etc. So is this like an Omegaverse?? Can Gok get pregnant and is he a female or male...? If anyone knows, please tell me because I don't get it
